HyZenis has officially completed and commissioned its second containerized empirical platform by the end of October 2024. Designed and built entirely in-house, the platform serves as a critical field-testing facility for validating electrolyzer components and system performance under real-world conditions.
Key specifications of the platform include:
✓ Hydrogen Output: Up to 100kW (equivalent 20 Nm3/h), typically operating at 25–50kW.
✓ Operating Pressure: Up to 32 bar, with standard operation at 16 bar.
✓ Configuration: Supports 2:1 modular operation for system scaling simulations The empirical platform is purpose-built to perform.
✓ Core Component Testing – Evaluating durability and performance of key electrolyzer parts.
✓ Steady-State & Fluctuation Testing – Simulating grid-connected and renewable-powered scenarios.
✓ X-to-1 Integration Tests – Verifying control logic and output stability in modular configurations.
✓ Pre-Shipment Verification – Conducting final checks on small-scale systems before delivery.
Housed in a mobile, fully integrated ISO container, the platform replicates diverse operational environments—enabling HyZenis to accelerate iteration cycles, optimize control algorithms, and validate system stability before mass deployment. The empirical platform strengthens HyZenis commitment to high-performance, high-reliability hydrogen solutions and provides a foundation for co-development with global partners.
